The Chicago Bar Foundation advocates for adequate funding at the local level to provide services that facilitate and ensure the public’s access to the courts. The CBF has partnered with the Circuit Court of Cook County to fund several court-based help services. Examples of this collaboration include the Guardianship for Minors desk and the Municipal Court Advice Desk.
